EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS
Orders specifying 3-DAY, 2-DAY or NEXT DAY AIR must be placed before 1:00 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Expedited orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will ship out the following business day.
Our fulfillment centers do not ship on weekends. Therefore, 3-DAY, 2-DAY or NEXT DAY AIR orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays. For example, an order placed on a Saturday afternoon requesting NEXT DAY shipping will be processed Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
All deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Weekend deliveries are not available. Therefore, if an order for NEXT DAY shipping is placed on a Friday before 1:00 p.m. EST, it will be shipped out on Friday and delivered Monday. If the order is placed after 1:00 p.m. on a Friday, it will be shipped out on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
GROUND SHIPPING
GROUND shipped orders will be processed within one business day. GROUND shipping can take anywhere from 3-10 days, depending on the ship-to address and where the package is originating from. Our gifts ship from fulfillment centers all over the country, including both coasts.
MULTIPLE-ITEM PURCHASES
Because of the nature of our products and the manner in which they must be packed in order to arrive intact, all of our gifts ship separately. Therefore, we regret that shipping discounts for orders of multiple items are not available.
SHIPMENTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL
All deliveries of wine, champagne or other alcohol must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship all of our wine and spirits to all 50 states. These states change from time to time as we meet the changing requirements of each state and new permits are acquired. Please read the restrictions on the product detail page of the gift your interested in for a list of states we cannot ship alcohol to. Orders placed to any of these states will be canceled.
